Another study suggests that aluminum contamination was the cause of the reduction in the number of rodents living in a heavily polluted area.

 

Breast Cancer

The evidence for aluminum as the direct cause of breast cancer may still be incomplete. But it is significant enough. If the upper layers of the skin get injured or damaged, antiperspirant components containing aluminum could leak into the deeper tissues and bloodstream.

A handful of cilantro, chopped

 

Directions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, water, salt, and cumin powder.
Pour sprouted fenugreek seeds into the bowl making sure it covers evenly.
Combine the onions, carrots, bell pepper and cilantro along with the remaining ingredients.
Cool for 30 minutes or so before serving.
